Time Management

The Timesheet Hours Entry Screen allows the audit staff member to account for his or her hours. The staff member selects the date, the number of hours (can be partial hours), and the examination from a drop-down list that he or she has been assigned to or administrative tasks from a drop-down list. The audit staff member can account for hours retroactively for any period of time. The hours that are being accounted for must be within the examination’s field work timeframe.

The Timesheet Summary displays actual hours by audit staff member, dates, examinations, administrative tasks and comments.

Examination Preparation: time management screen

The Time Management form associated to the examination displays the assigned staff, the examination’s overall budgeted, actual, and (under) / over budgeted hours.

Clicking on an audit staff member in the grid will display the staff member’s total available hours (Staff’s Total Hours) for the plan year before being assigned to examinations.

The remaining hours not yet budgeted or over-budgeted are displayed (Staff’s Available Hours). Once the staff’s budgeted hours for the current examination are added and saved, the remaining Staff's Available Hours will be adjusted.

The hours budgeted for the current examination (Staff’s Budgeted Hours), the actual hours accounted for via the Timesheet Hours Entry Screen (Staff’s Actual Hours) and the (under) / over budgeted hours.

The assigned fieldwork dates are also displayed.

Reports

Three different report types can be created:
