Summary Information Displays

Audit Plan Exam Summary

Displays the audit plan information, including the dates and plan name.
Displays the up-to-date total plan budget and actual hours. Also displays the (under) / over budget hours at this point in time.
The audit administrator can select two different displays from this screen. The default, as displayed, allows the audit administrator to select an examination to see budgeted details.
Displays the risk assessment score, the current year’s budgeted hours, actual hours and over/ under hours.

The audit administrator selected examination # 207 from the above screen by clicking on the applicable row to view budgeted details, which includes the budgeted, actual and over / under hours by assigned staff.

Audit Plan Exam Summary with Assigned Staff & Hours

The audit administrator selected examination # 207 to view See Risk Assessment Details, which includes the audit plan details, the total risk score for the examination, the risk factors comprising the associated risk assessment scorecard, the risk level score selected, the risk level score description, the risk weight assigned to the risk factor when creating the risk assessment scorecard, and the risk weighted score calculated by AuditAlert once the risk level is selected.

When the audit administrator selects “View Plan Exam Summary” clicking the column header will sort the examinations in risk score order (clicking any column header will do the same; clicking it twice will sort in reverse order).

Selecting “View Plan Staff Summary” when in the audit plan examination summary displays the following screen:

Each staff member that has been assigned budgeted and / or actual hours is displayed, including the budgeted, actual and over/ under hours.

Clicking on a staff member displays the following screen:

Audit Plan Staff Summary by Staff Member

Displays the staff member selected, listing all assigned examinations for that staff member, and displays aggregate budgeted, actual and over / under hours. In the detail list the examination name, budgeted, actual and over / under hours is listed.
