 Displays the risk category that was associated to the risk factor selected.

 Provides a field where the audit administrator can indicate the level chosen to score the risk factor.

 Displays the risk score level assigned to the applicable risk factor.

 Displays the risk weighted score calculated by AuditAlert once the risk level is chosen by the audit administrator..
 This is a drop-down list of all risk assessment scorecards. If the default risk assessment scorecard is not to be used, the audit administrator must select from the drop-down list the applicable scorecard.
 If the risk assessment scorecard must be adjusted the audit administrator can amend the current risk assessment scorecard by selecting RELOAD. Keep in mind that the risk assessment scorecard can be changed for the upcoming year without impacting the prior year’s risk assessment scorecard.
