Responses

This form is employed primarily by the auditee, but the auditor can monitor the conversations to ensure that the auditee is headed in the right direction regarding the remediation process. Additionally, the audit staff can leave questions, responses and comments that can only be seen by the audit staff. Questions, responses and comments that are only for the audit staff are clearly labeled as such (see the above conversation where the first comment is clearly marked as “FOR AUDIT STAFF ONLY”). This is done by simply leaving the checkmark in the box entitled “Only Audit Staff should see this Response / Question / Comment.”

The audit staff can display just their questions, responses and comments passed between them by checking-off the “Display ‘Audit Staff Only’ Comments” box above.

This form is also used by the audit staff during the follow-up of the remediation process during the life of the audit point.
