Assignment

 Assigned Auditors – Who will be able to update the Audit Point, who will be able to change the status of the Audit Point (reopen and lock it down) and who will be notified via email by AuditAlert that the auditee has marked the Audit Point as completed in AuditAlert Web and be responsible for documenting the follow-up work.
 Primary Auditee Responsibility – The auditee(s) responsible for the remediation process surrounding the Audit Point.
 Secondary Responders – The primary auditee can delegate work surrounding the Audit Point and bring in-house expertise into the remediation process if necessary. This list is automatically updated when the primary auditee selects staff in AuditAlert Web.

In each section above, the auditor will select the Add/Remove Names button next to the applicable field and the Staff Selection screen will pop-up with names populated under the applicable group.
