The Action Plan has no editing tools as displayed for the Audit Point and the Recommendation forms. The reason being to preclude auditees from being creative in the use of fonts, attributes, etc. and having the report look like a collage. Each Action Plan will be displayed in the Audit Point Status Report as plain text of the same size.
