The Status Report date or the day that the audit committee will meet.
 The Finalize By Date is the last date that the auditee can update the management summary for the impending audit committee.
 Report Distribution Date is the day the reports that have been generated are sent automatically via email.

In the example above, there are two rows at the bottom of the page. Each row represents the applicable audit committee date. Once the “finalize date” for the respective audit committee is reached, the text can no longer be amended.
