The form will only display the questions assigned to the auditee. He / she will never see other questions assigned to other staff members. The examination is referenced as well as the title of the Questionnaire. The question number, the status of the question, the response (if any), the comments (if any), and the attachments (if any) are displayed. The auditee simply clicks the question button to open the question form.
