Response screen to an audit program question
Based on suggestions and input that we have received
from our clients, b4nAfterApplications introduces
a number of enhancements to the “response” screen
relating to audit program questions in AuditAlert.
The enhancements will help the audit staff and, in particular,
the audit manager during the review process with enhanced monitoring
capability. AuditAlert provides
the audit manager with a complete visual picture of information
submitted by the audit staff and/or the auditee via AuditAlert
Web along with immediate access to the related
documentation. There are ten
functions available at a glance once the auditor
is in a response as follows:

- The question number, the status and the last responded to/by
information.
- The question text box.
- The response selected from a drop-down list and an optional
comment text box.
- Supporting documents and URLs, if applicable, attached either
by the audit staff or the auditee via AuditAlert
Web
- Audit
point(s), if applicable, specifically related
to the question.
- An Edit and Save button without having to mark the response
as completed.
- The ability to effortlessly navigate to the next or previous
question, if any. The auditor can also return to the overview screen,
which lists all responses.
- The auditor has the ability to mark the question as completed
or, if already marked completed, then the auditor has the ability
to reopen the response, which in turn generates an email to
the assigned staff member or auditee.
- The auditor can leave or respond to electronic
notes. The color of the icon determines if
the Note was generated by or responded by the auditor.
- The audit manager can mark the response as being reviewed.
The color of the icon determines if the Review was performed
by the manager or another reviewer.
At the top of the screen are additional
tabs leading to even more information relating to the audit
program.
