The compliance staff builds a reference library by associating URLs (websites) and files located on the network to the compliance-alert.

ComplianceAlert becomes a "file/URL manager."

The compliance staff can associate existing files & URLs from a drop-down list to an alert or associate a new reference source to an alert.

By selecting the "available to responders" box, the path or address of the references become embedded in the email generated by the compliance-alert        OR       if not selected, the references are simply retained in the library as a reference source for the compliance staff.

By hi-lighting a reference and selecting "open," the file or URL is displayed (see next screen).
