Please verify to me that you have reviewed the attachment and understand the points made and that you have NOT noticed any suspicious acts, which may have indicated that some form of criminal activity was taking place during the last 12 months of the current year, by clicking this YES link, which will update the Compliance Officer's records that are subject to internal and external audit.

If you do not understand the points expressed in the attached Power Point presentation or have noticed any suspicious acts, which may have indicated that some form of criminal activity was taking place during the last twelve months of the current year, then click this NO link, provide the background for the reason for not reporting these suspicious acts in the text section of the email message, which will be brought before the Management Committee.

Each compliance-alert is written to ascertain a YES response. A NO response is an indication of a possible problem and a violation.

Clicking on the embedded YES link creates the reply with YES response embedded in the text section.
